“Buonissimo” is a site that promotes Italian regional cooking by offering descriptions, recipes and information on festivals and cooking events: visitors can also send their own recipes in to enrich
the collection. The section on Tuscany has a detailed desciption about this region’s cooking and local dishes. From here you can look through the list of recipes: appetizers, pasta, rice, meats, and desserts. Each recipe is accompanied by detailed instructions, level of difficulty, and cooking times.
